CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that life happens and things happen last minute! But If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask for at least a 24 hour notice so I have the opportunity to fill your appointment time. Please communicate with me if anything comes up! Less than 24 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling: A 50% fee of your scheduled service(s) will be charged + will loose your deposit (new deposit is required) No-shows & Same day cancellations: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice or cancel the day of their appointment will be charged a 80% of the scheduled service(s). Running late: A 10 minute grace period is allowed but anything more than that may require us to modify or reschedule your appointment due to it affecting my ability to service my other clients. Please communicate with me. If your card declines when trying to charge the fee you WILL NOT be able to book with me again till those fees are paid. Thank you for understanding and respecting my business!
